・本アプリケーションのご利用には、インターネット接続が必要となります。

ただし、周辺スポット検索やチェックインなど、位置情報を利用する一部機能は、Wi-Fi接続時にはご利用いただけませんので、ご了承ください。

・一部の機能のご利用には、ドコモ地図ナビサービスのお申込み（有料）が必要となります。

・ドコモの回線をお持ちでない方がご利用の場合や、spモード以外の通信（Wi-Fi接続など）にてご利用になる場合、一部機能をご利用になる際にdアカウントの入力が必要となることがあります。

・本アプリは、パケット通信料が高額になる場合がありますので、パケット定額サービスをご利用ください。

■アプリケーション・プライバシーポリシー（簡略版）

本アプリケーションのご利用にあたり、ドコモは以下のお客様の利用者情報を取得します。

ご利用の前に必ずご確認いただき、内容をご理解のうえ、ご利用ください。

・ドコモが取得する利用者情報

①本アプリケーションの起動時に通知されるICCID（SIMカード/UIMカードの識別番号）、Instance ID、ご利用機種、本アプリケーションの認証時に当社サーバより通知されるユーザID

②ご利用端末のGPS機能およびその他の位置情報測位機能を利用した位置情報およびその取得時刻

③本アプリケーションでお客様が入力されたプロフィール情報（性別、年代）、登録・履歴情報

④地点情報の位置情報

⑤ソーシャルネットワークサービスと連携するためのお客様固有ID

⑥位置情報を付与したお客様の写真情報

⑦本アプリケーションにおける操作ログ

※位置情報は本アプリケーションを起動したタイミングもしくはお客様が現在地測位ボタンを押下したタイミングで、現在地測位機能を使ってご利用の端末のGPS機能もしくは基地局等の情報から算出したおおよその位置情報を取得します。本アプリケーションを終了するまで継続して位置情報を自動取得（端末の移動状態によりますが、最も頻度が高い場合は1秒間に1回取得）しますが、取得した位置情報は本アプリケーションを終了後、1時間以内に破棄されます。なお、本アプリケーションでの位置情報の利用を停止したい場合は、端末設定内の位置情報利用設定を「OFF」に設定してください。ただし、spモードをご契約で、3G等の通信でご利用の場合、端末の設定をOFFにしても基地局等の情報から算出したおおよその位置情報を取得します。また、位置情報はお客様個人を識別するID、およびプロフィール情報（性別、年代）と組み合わせて利用することがあります。

・ドコモが取得する利用者情報の利用目的

①お客様を識別するため

②位置情報を確認し、位置情報に合わせたサービスの提供をするため

③登録・履歴情報を参照し、入力補助機能の提供をするため

⑥本アプリケーションからソーシャルネットワークサービスと連携するため

・情報収集モジュールによる取得

ドコモは、上記に記載の利用者情報を、本アプリケーション内に組み込まれた下記の情報収集モジュールにて取得します。なお、当社は情報収集モジュールで取得した利用者情報を、お客様個人を識別するIDと組み合わせた上で、お客様の属性情報等を付加し、利用する場合があります。

情報収集モジュール名：Firebase向けGoogleAnalytics

情報収集モジュール提供者： Google LLCおよびその完全子会社

取得する利用者情報：本アプリケーションにおける操作ログ

・ドコモが取得する利用者情報の端末外部へのデータ送信

上記において取得した利用者情報を、本サービスの提供に係るシステム（ドコモの業務委託先である株式会社ゼンリンデータコムのサーバを含む）へ取得・蓄積・転送し、上記の利用目的に利用します。

・ドコモが取得する利用者情報の加工および第三者提供

オートGPS機能により取得した位置情報等を、ドコモがお客様本人を特定できる情報を含まない、総体的かつ統計的なデータに加工したうえで、第三者に提供する場合があります。

法令に基づく場合等に限り、ドコモが取得する利用者情報を、本人の権利利益に最大限の配慮を払いつつ、第三者に提供する場合があります。
